We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Industrial Production Manager to oversee operations both in Vejle and Stensved.
KW Construction ApS owns Uni Technology A/S and Uni Technology Stensved A/S – located in Vejle and Stensved respectively – where we specialize in the design, construction, testing and manufacturing of production tools for a breadth of industries, including pharmaceuticals. With a collective team of 25 employees we have a stable workforce and customers who value our flexibility, precision and reliability.
As the Industrial Production Manager, you will play a key role in the overall organization and have the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our collaboration with your experience, strong values, attention to quality and our commitment to the environment.
In this role, key responsibilities include:
Planning and Strategy
- Develop and implement production strategies that support the company’s goals, including our climate strategy and SBT initiatives.
- Integrate lean principles into strategic planning to optimize production flow and delivery.
Lean and Quality Initiatives
- Implementing, monitoring and optimizing our Quality structure, system and procedures throughout the organization.
- Utilization of Lean tools to manage challenges and continuous improvement practices to ensure efficiency and optimization in our processes.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and use A3 problem-solving techniques to address challenges.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Work closely with Finance to prepare, monitor and manage budgets for the production departments.
Personnel Management
- Recruit, train, and lead production staff with focus on principles of quality, climate and lean.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Management and Customer Reporting
- Collaboration between the two companies.
- Ensuring capacity and planning are optimally leveraged between the two entities.
- Effective communication with customers through written status documentation.
- Participation in meetings with customers regarding status updates, approvals, and project kick-offs.
Our ideal candidate is an energetic leader with:
- A minimum of 8-10 years experience in a production management role with the ability to create structure and develop and motivate teams in a positive and productive work environment.
- a solid understanding and practical experience in implementing lean principles and methods to optimize processes.
- a commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards and experience with quality control methods.
- the ability to develop and execute strategies that support the overall goals of the company.
- experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- excellent communication skills in Danish and English- both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- the ability to adapt to changes in production requirements and the evolving needs of the company.
